It is completely up to each parent to decide rather or not to use a child tracking device for safety. Some think it is the best thing in the world while others feel it is a mistake to keep up with your teen that closely. It really depends on how you look at things. If your child can be trusted, then it shouldn’t be a problem for them. In fact, it could give them a way out when others are pressuring them to go places they shouldn’t be. On the hand, if it is a big problem for your teen to accept a tracking device in their car, it has to make you ask why it is such a big deal.
