When the time arrives for the second meeting of your stock investing club you’ll want to finalize some decisions that have to do with the way your club is run and organized.

You’ll want to determine some of the stock investing responsibilities that need to be met and what officers are going to be elected to handle those responsibilities.

All positions should be clearly defined so that stock investing members can be elected to these positions. Keep in mind that all members of the club will have responsibilities but when you elect officers you’ll have certain positions filled where members have a particular duty and task.
