A hearing aid would be the first thing that would come to our minds as what a hearing impaired person would need although we know that there are different treatments for certain hearing problems. By magnifying the sounds in the wearer’s background, the wearer’s attention will be diverted from the unwanted sound to the background sounds. There are also alternative treatments such as homeopathic tinnitus remedies and herbal medications.
