How To Get 6 Pack Abs Fast

It is more difficult for women to get 6 pack abs fast compared to men. However, it is definitely possible to get a slim toned abs with hard work and the right abs exercises.

Here are few tips on how to get 6 pack abs fast for women.

1.       Roll Like a Ball

Get a soft mat and using your back muscles, sit down in a regular seated position. Then bring your knees half way up to your chest and balance on your bum. You only need to do this for 15 to 20 reps each time.

2.       Single Leg stretch

On your roll back from the last exercise, make sure your head is not touching the ground. Bring your left knee up and stretch your right leg out. Then alternate. You should feel a tuck and slight burn
