Destruction to the gum’s
When you have a poor oral hygiene, you permitted bacteria to build up forming into plaque producing acids and toxins that causes gum infection resulting to inflammation and swelling of gums. Sometimes a toothpastes and mouthwashes may also a cause for swelling of gum’s as an allergic reaction to its active chemical ingredients. That’s why when you feel that your gum’s becomes red in appearance, puffy, tender and hurts and bleeds easily during brushing then you are having the symptom of swollen gum’s and gum disease. Continual swollen gum’s will progress to periodontal disease and may even promote destruction to the gum’s and may even cost tooth to be lost, gum infection takes place when swollen gum’s are left untreated affecting gum tissues and bones that supports the teeth.
