Stay away from Cheap Beds!
Beds and bedding items are perhaps some of the highest priced products we buy for the home and so it’s tempting to skimp and save on them whenever possible. But when you consider more time is spent on the bed than the sofa, more hours in the bedroom than the living room, then perhaps the perspective becomes a little clearer and the need to take care of ourselves more apparent. With an average of 8 hours lying on the bed each night, it’s important to Stay away from Cheap Beds! I’m not talking about discounted quality beds found in clearance sales, but cheap beds made cheaply. They might be good news for the wallet, but they’re certainly not good news for your sleep, or quality of sleep, which has now been proven to determine the way we feel and function during our conscious hours.
