I’d really like to purchase a jewelry box that goes with my bedroom furniture

Tuesday, November 4th, 2008

Through the years I have purchased and have received very pretty jewelry but I hadn’t noticed how much I had collected so far until I moved into my new apartment.  I have different pieces in different boxes and I really think I should keep it all organized and maintain it in good condition.  I’d really like to purchase a jewelry box that goes with my bedroom furniture because I’d like to keep it on display.  I’ve seen a few jewelry boxes so far, but have not really found what I am looking for,   a few co-workers have recommended a few places but I want to get a few more suggestions. I’d like to see a bit more variety, any ideas on where I might just find what I am looking for?

Tuesday, March 18th, 2008

While it’s becoming more favourite for couples to decide to become engaged in an off-hand manner and then venture down to the jeweller to choose the engagement ring hand in glove, many women still feel there’s something uncommon about wearing a ring that their boyfriend has chosen uniquely for them. Jewelry Making As A Successful Home Business

Sunday, February 17th, 2008

Jewelry making is an art form passed down through generations of artisans and karigars, who have long known how commercial - and delicious - jewelry making can be. You see their necklaces and rings in stores across the nation, and you’ve no doubt thought to yourself at one time or another “I wish I can do that.” Yes, you could do that; if you learn how to make jewelry, not only can you look great and have fun, you can make a surplus as well.

The thing you need to do is set one’s sights on what type of jewelry to make. In order to do this, you need to set one’s sights on what material you wish to use. For a beginner, it wouldn’t be very viable to try making a gold ring, would it? For beginners, it is highly advisable that you try creating a beaded necklace first because it’s very simple to do and beautiful too. Another good piece of jewelry for beginners to make is something with memory wire. This is especially good for doing with children. For more advanced jewelry makers, using precious metals such as gold or silver becomes viable. These are more likely to sell more as well, as gold and silver jewelry has a higher demand than other types of jewelry.

The hand made jewelry business is quite commercial; people seem to love that made from scratch feeling of home made jewelry. Jewelry making is one of the best home businesses available, anyone with a love of arts and crafts and semi-good business sense will feel right at home with this trade.
